All fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment structure. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services. Payment plans remain enforceable once programme access or services commence.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Deposits and digital products are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
10. Scheduling & Attendance
Clients are responsible for attending sessions punctually. Missed sessions without adequate notice may be treated as completed sessions.

Participation in any fitness, health, or wellbeing-related activity is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. You are responsible for consulting appropriate healthcare professionals before commencing any exercise or health-related programme.
12. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching or consultancy engagements will be treated confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law, safeguarding obligations arise, or there is risk of harm.
